Below you can find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions:

1. How find missing or obscured pieces?

To find the missing pieces or those that are obscured or hard to see, you can use the 'Sweep Pieces' option (within the bottom right hand side menu) to move all loose pieces back to the container.

If you still can't find the pieces you are looking for, please leave/close the puzzle by going back to the puzzle list screen (Home screen) and then restart/continue the same puzzle and you should be able to find the missing pieces in the right hand side tray.

2. How to change the puzzle background?

In the puzzle play screen, tap on the bottom right hand side menu and then choose the 'Backgrounds' option, and finally select the background that you prefer.

3. Unable to download puzzles or can't get the Daily Free Gifts?

To download the puzzles, all you need is an active and stable internet connection. When you open the app it automatically downloads the new puzzles, if the internet connection available.

Please make sure you have an active and stable internet connection and then try downloading again as a network glitch (either on our side or yours) could cause this issue.

If the problem persists, please restart your device and then try again.

4. What are the stars for?

The stars are an indication of your achievements and progress in the game, you cannot buy or spend them directly and that enables you to compare your achievements with others.

They are also used for challenges and rewards, please tap on the Star icon on the top left corner for more information.

5. How to mute the background music and/or the sound effects?

In the puzzle play screen, tap on the bottom right hand side menu and then choose the 'Music & Sounds' option, in there you can find the options to mute sound effects, vibration and the background music.

6. How to download puzzles in order to play them offline?

If it is a puzzle pack that you want to save and play offline, you can use the download option (bottom of the puzzle pack screen) and download the whole pack into your device.

However, if you want to save individual puzzles and play offline later, the best thing to do is to open the puzzle and move a couple of pieces so that the app saves the puzzle and it's progress, now you can continue the puzzle offline at any time.

7. How to change the background music?

In the puzzle play screen, tap on the bottom right hand side menu and then choose the 'Music & Sounds' option to select the background music that you prefer.

8. How to go back to the Home screen?

In the puzzle play screen, tap on the bottom right hand side menu and then choose the first item to go back the Home screen.

9. How to save completed puzzle images to my device?

After you finish a puzzle, you get the option to save the image within the reward dialog box. You can also share your score card with your friends and family.

10. How to show/hide the puzzle ghost image or the puzzle preview window?

In the puzzle play screen, tap on the bottom right hand side menu and then choose the relevant options to show/hide the puzzle ghost image or the preview window.

11. How to save/recover your coins, stars and purchased packs?

General advice is to always to login (use the first item of the Setting menu on the top right hand side) in order to save your progress (coins, stars and purchased packs) as the data on your device can be lost or corrupted for a number of reasons.

This also enables you restore your progress when you change your device.

12. How to upgrade to the latest version?
